Young People in North Hwanghae Province Volunteer to Work in Difficult and Labor-consuming Fields
Pyongyang, April 27 (KCNA) -- Since the end of the 2nd Plenary Meeting of the 8th Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, over 150 young people in North Hwanghae Province have volunteered to work in difficult and labor-consuming fields of the national economy including collieries, mines and co-operative farms.

More than 110 young people in Songrim City volunteered to work at the Kim Jin Youth Shock Brigade of the Hwanghae Iron and Steel Complex and devoted themselves to the project for expanding the capacity of producing Juche iron.

Young people in Koksan, Unpha and Thosan counties volunteered to work at the Komdok Mining Complex and the Songnam Youth Coal Mine. Those in Sariwon City and Junghwa and Singye counties volunteered to work at co-operative farms in the province.

They were given a warm send-off by officials and young people in the province.
