Internet Seminar on Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism Held
Pyongyang, April 29 (KCNA) -- An internet seminar on Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism took place from April 10 to 17 on the occasion of the 109th birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung. It was sponsored by the International Institute of the Juche Idea (IIJI).

Posted on the special homepage established for the successful seminar were written speeches and messages of greeting sent by different personages to the seminar.

Present there were personages of the IIJI, the Juche idea study organizations in Asia, Africa, Europe and Latin America, Juche idea followers and personages of political and social circles of over 70 countries.

An opening address was made to be followed by speeches.

The director-general of the International Institute of the Juche Idea, a deputy director general of the African Regional Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea, the vice-chairman of the Latin American Institute of the Juche Idea, the deputy director general of the Asian Regional Institute of the Juche Idea and others made speeches.

Saying that Kim Il Sung founded the Juche idea and applied it to the revolution and construction, speakers noted that the DPRK has turned into the country consistently preserving the principle of independence in politics, self-sufficiency in economy and self-reliance in defence, and a powerful state and the fortress of socialism which no formidable enemy dare provoke.

Referring to the historic significance of the 8th Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea, they expressed their will to conduct proactive activities in cooperation with all Juche idea followers in the world, bearing in mind the importance of studying and disseminating Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism.

They expressed conviction that the Korean people would dynamically advance along the road of self-reliance indicated by the Party Congress.

A letter to the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un was adopted at the seminar.
