Among them is Komhung Mineral Water in Komhung-ri, Sukchon County, South Phyongan Province. In recent years, a mineral water processing station was built in the county and several mineral water supply bases in its township area to provide its regular supply to the inhabitants.

This mineral water is efficacious for chronic gastritis, chronic hepatitis and other diseases. According to its users, it is particularly good for the treatment of indigestion.

The mineral water was listed as a state natural monument in Juche 100 (2011).
