The activities involved the youth league committees of the Cabinet, ministries, national institutions and city districts.

Standings of the youth league committees were decided according to jury members' and builders' appreciation of their visual aids on display.

The visual aids were concentrated at the worksite of a regiment of the High-Speed Youth Shock Brigade.

The visual aids hardened the builders' loyalty and patriotism, instilling into their minds the noble intention of the mother Party which unfolded a project for building flats for people.

Highly appreciated were the visual aids "The world sees, people are waiting, let's work miracles by dint of patriotism!" and "Let us demonstrate the might of the patriotic youth in the worthwhile struggle of the socialist construction!"
