In order to round off the maize-planting before the start of rice-transplanting, the province provided its farms with maize seed-covering materials in time and made sure that technical rules are thoroughly observed in all farming processes.

After expanding the area of cultivating humus-potted maize, co-op farms in the province buckled down to creating good conditions for raising the germination rate. They finished maize-planting ahead of schedule by dovetailing its processes.
