They completed farmland readjustment in Songrim City and Yonthan County and transformed many fields of Hwangju County into the fields of standardized shapes to ensure seasonable rice-transplanting.

They also expanded the area of cropland by finding every reclaimable plot of land during their land-rezoning work.

Measures were taken to irrigate the readjusted fields.
