Officials of the Ministry of Agriculture have now gone to farms for successful organization of the rice-transplantation.

The farmers are transplanting rice seedlings with devotion under the slogans "Let's defend socialism with increased rice production!" and "Let's defend our revolution with increased rice production!"

Officials in North Phyongan Province are helping sub-workteams with their farm work, setting personal examples.

South Phyongan Province is carefully raising rice seedlings and harrowing fields and pushing ahead with rice-transplantation as scheduled, and South Hwanghae Province is directing all its efforts to rice-transplantation with priority given to quality.

Kangwon Province is ensuring scientific farming in cooperation with agricultural scientists, and other regions are hastening rice-transplantation to finish it qualitatively in good time.
