Officials of ministries and national institutions take the lead in supporting the farms.

Among them are the Ministry of Light Industry, Ministry of Commerce and Ministry of Land and Maritime Transport. Their officials are helping farmers in rice-transplanting at different farms after providing them with farming materials they prepared with sincerity.

Other ministries and national institutions are responsibly supplying materials necessary for rice-transplanting.

A mass campaign for aiding farms both materially and morally is underway in all provinces, cities and counties.

Materials and manpower are concentrated on farms.

Those involved in helping farmers are urged to do farm work in a sincere manner.

Factories, enterprises and other units sent their officials and workers to farms across the country to help rice-transplanting.
