A poster "Let us have a bumper crop?by transplanting rice seedlings at the right time and in a proper way!" represents the idea of bringing about a bumper harvest by properly doing in due season rice-transplantation, an important farming process deciding the success of this year's farming, true to the idea and spirit of the 2nd Plenary Meeting of the 8th Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea.
