It has branch offices in different parts of the country.

The center and its branches have helped people to get a correct understanding of the law and its enforcement regulations and strictly observe them by intensifying the information activities.

They have also conducted such works as the display of warning pictures and notices at smoking and tobacco-selling sites to make people perceive the harmful effect of smoking on health and as the display of non-smoking marks in necessary places and units to control the dangerous smoking. And such videos as "Non-smoking and Our Life" and "Tobacco Harmful to Human Health" and photos showing the aftereffect of smoking are exhibited to impress on the smokers the harmfulness of tobacco.

Meanwhile, a work is going on to establish a national tele-service system on nonsmoking. And tobacco substitutes and health foods good for dissolving nicotinism like tobacco cessation nutrition pills are served at the center and its branch offices.

On the occasion of World No Tobacco Day (May 31), various anti-smoking propaganda activities were launched across the country.
