Potato planting started earlier, as compared to the past, in almost every farm of the province.

The Provincial Rural Economy Committee made sure that the farms thoroughly observed the requirements of the scientific potato farming method while piling soil on seed potatoes to protect them from the cold brought by unfavorable weather.

The farms finished potato-planting at an early date by concentrating manpower and machines on it.

Officials and agricultural workers in the province now engage in the immediate farming work.
