Farmers and helpers in South Hwanghae Province are making achievements in rice-transplanting every day while taking good nutritional care of rice seedlings and timely supplying farm machine accessories.

Similar successes are also made in North and South Hamgyong provinces and Nampho and Kaesong cities.
