Attending the meeting were members and alternate members of the Central Committee of the youth league.

Present there in observer's capacity were officials of the city and county committees of the youth league.

The meeting discussed the matter of thoroughly carrying out the important tasks set forth in the letter "Demonstrate to the Full the Might of the Socialist Patriotic Youth League on the Historic March towards a Fresh Victory in the Revolution" sent by the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un to the 10th Congress of the youth league.

Mun Chol, chairman of the Central Committee of the SPYL, made a report.

He said that the important letter sent by the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un clearly indicates the tasks and ways for the Socialist Patriotic Youth League to fully demonstrate its militant might in a fresh and historic advance of socialist construction.

Saying that the whole country follows with great trust and expectation the young people who are on their mark after receiving the letter of the General Secretary, he called upon them to fulfill their sacred mission and duty as the young vanguard in the historic advance for winning a fresh victory in the revolution, fluttering the flag of the SPYL.

Speeches were made at the meeting.

Adopted at the meeting was a relevant resolution on the basis of the study of the draft resolution.
