Officials and employees of the Provincial Forest Management Bureau and the Provincial Forest Science Institute and others involved in the construction successfully built the institute in a short span of time.

The institute has several rooms and labs for intensively studying afforestation and forest conservation with necessary equipment and experimental apparatuses.
