The Ministry of Public Health has developed a management system that helps improve the quality of medical service.

The system for quality management of medical service is IT-based with different indices objectively judging the level of medical service of a hospital. It numerically shows the advantages and disadvantages of the hospital management and patient treatment so that officials can analyze them and take proper measures in time.

As a result of introducing the system into different central hospitals, the outpatients' medical service, first-aid medical service and telemedicine have been improved in quality.

Experiences gained in this course have been generalized and the work for applying them to preventive and curative units on an expansion basis is in progress.

The preventive and curative units are carrying out the plans after setting them for further improving the quality of the medical service by closely following the medical treatment by sectors and medical workers.
