Now many young people in different parts of the country volunteer to spend their youth in difficult worksites, as intended by the Party. Against this backdrop, the number of young volunteers is increasing in North Phyongan Province.

Hundreds of graduates from different senior middle schools in the province volunteer to do difficult and arduous work with a single mind to add luster to their youth by doing worthy deeds like the young pioneers in the Chollima era and their fathers and mothers.

Some of them volunteered to work in the area of Mt Paektu with loyal determination to contribute to sprucing up the Samjiyon City. Some found their jobs in the countryside to turn their native villages into fairylands and the rest of them went to collieries, mines and fisheries.

The young volunteers in the province are filled with the single desire to devote their wisdom and enthusiasm to the implementation of the new 5-year plan.
