The Lao newspaper Pathet Lao in an article titled "The great leader Comrade Kim Il Sung" said that Kim Il Sung regarded it as his lifelong motto to believe in the people as in Heaven.

The socialism centred on the popular masses could take its deep roots on the land of the DPRK, thanks to the noble benevolent politics of the peerlessly great man, the article noted, praising the President as a veteran statesman in the world who pioneered the era of independence and made a great contribution to the development of the socialist movement and non-aligned movement.

Similar articles were carried by the Lao newspaper Vientiane Mai and the internet homepage of the Lao news agency.

The Cambodian newspaper Pracheachon carried the following article titled "The most precious heritage of President Kim Il Sung":

The Juche idea, the guiding idea of socialist Korea and the cause of global independence, is the most precious heritage bequeathed by President Kim Il Sung to the Korean people and progressive mankind.

The Juche idea will shine forever with the victorious advance of the cause of human independence.

The Bangladeshi newspaper The Daily Folk recalled that the DPRK rendered the selfless assistance to many countries which started building a new society after achieving independence in the past.

It said the DPRK's assistance to other countries was too much in the light of its economic potentiality, human and material resources but the President regarded it as his due obligation.

As he was a man with such genuine international obligation, he gave unsparing aids to lots of countries and nations aspiring to independence and justice, it added.

The website of the Mexican Institute for the Study of the Juche Idea, and the Public Lens, the organ of the Uganda National Resistance Movement, also carried articles dealing with the personality of the President as a great man who took care of all people with his warm humanity.
