The Pyongyang City People's Committee and commercial service units in the city carefully organized the transport and services to ensure the prompt delivery of the early peaches to relevant units and all the families.

Destinations included baby home, orphanage, primary and middle schools for orphans, old people's home and commercial service units.

The commercial service units supplied the fruit to citizens amid prompt measures being taken to stabilize and improve the people's living, in response to the decisions made at the 3rd Plenary Meeting of the 8th Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea.
