Young People Volunteer to Work in Difficult Fields

Pyongyang, July 19 (KCNA) -- Praiseworthy deeds have been witnessed among the young people across the country, amid their highly-growing enthusiasm to show wisdom and courage in implementing the decisions of the Eighth Party Congress after receiving the letter "Demonstrate to the Full the Might of the Socialist Patriotic Youth League on the Historic March towards a Fresh Victory in the Revolution" the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un sent to the Tenth Congress of the Youth League.

An increasing number of young people have volunteered to work in difficult fields.

After over 140 young men and women in Nampho City volunteered to work at rural communities, the enthusiasm of volunteering youths is being further intensified with the Tenth Congress of the Youth League as an occasion.

The number of volunteers has reached nearly 10,000 after the Eighth Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea.

Our young people, placing the interests of the country above those of individuals and regarding other's trouble as their own, are dedicating themselves to the society and the collective.

In a little more than two months after the Tenth Congress of the Youth League, nearly 20,000 youth league officials, youths and students in different parts of the country took their place among front-rankers of noble traits.

Such noble traits of the reliable youths make our people have stronger confidence in the rosy future of the country and fresh victory of the revolution.
