Officials in the Ministry of Forestry took necessary measures after learning in detail about the number of saplings secured by forestry stations, mine timber production stations and afforestation stations.

Different provincial forestry management bureaus produced stimulants for raising the survival rate of saplings and supplied them to relevant units. This was followed by strict review and appraisal to produce high results in tree planting.

Forestry stations, mine timber production stations and afforestation stations have registered good successes by pushing ahead with land leveling and tree planting simultaneously.

They produced healthy saplings of good species under detailed afforestation plans.
