Attending the meeting were Ri Tu Song, department director of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK), Han Jong Hyok, chairman of the Central Committee of the Union of Agricultural Workers of Korea, Hong Chol Jin, secretary of the Pyongyang City Committee of the WPK, officials of the union and agricultural workers in Pyongyang City.

Those who took the stage recited the poems praising the immortal war victory exploits President Kim Il Sung performed by resolutely smashing the imperialist allied forces' aggression with his Juche-oriented military idea, tactics and superb leadership and creating a military miracle to be specially recorded in the world war history.
