The message wished the Vietnamese foreign minister greater success in his work for developing the external relations of the country, expressing conviction that the cooperation between the foreign ministries of the two countries will get closer in their efforts to develop the bilateral relations of friendship and cooperation in conformity with the spirit of the agreement that was reached at the historic DPRK-Vietnam Hanoi summit in March, 2019.
