Pyongyang, August 12 (KCNA) -- Some areas of South Hamgyong Province in the DPRK were recently damaged by downpour and flood. In this regard, the Central Military Commission of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK) issued an instruction for the recovery from damage and urgent measures have been taken for it. Centralized transport trains carrying cement for the recovery arrived in the flood-hit areas one after another according to the step taken by the WPK Central Committee and a work for assisting their inhabitants is gaining momentum. Not only the inhabitants in the province but also all other people across the country now again feel deep gratitude for the WPK making devoted efforts with warm love to stabilize the life of inhabitants in the flood-hit areas as soon as possible. The warm care of the WPK has always reached to all the people in the country. Last year when several parts of the country were hit by natural disasters, the WPK did its best to recover them from the damage at an early date and provide the better homes and other living conditions to the inhabitants in disaster-afflicted areas. After being told about the situation of flood-hit Taechong-ri in Unpha County of North Hwanghae Province, the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un soon went out to the water-logged spot to acquaint himself with the actual state and give detailed instructions on the recovery campaign. He also did not hesitate to pass through such risky sections with danger of landslide as a temporarily restored railroad section so as to inspect the areas damaged by natural disasters, saying that the homeless are waiting for him in stormy weather. Such devoted efforts made the people in the DPRK keenly feel the warm care of the great father, cherishing again the immutable truth that their destiny and future depend on him. That's why the DPRK people would say that they readily go any thorny path cheerfully as the respected General Secretary always takes warm care of them. |
