It said that they cherish the memory of the service personnel of the Red Army and Korean patriots who dedicated their lives to the freedom of Korea.

Important is that the tradition of good friendship cemented in the grim days now serves as the firm foundation for developing the relations between the Russian Federation and the DPRK, it noted.

It expressed the belief that the bilateral cooperation of mutual benefits would be further promoted through the implementation of the agreements reached at the 2019 meeting in Vladivostok.

This would no doubt contribute to ensuring the security in the Korean Peninsula and the Northeast Asian region as a whole, it noted.
