Over 60 young people joined the youth shock brigades of the Tokchon Area Coal-Mining Complex, true to the behests of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il that the coal production is the primary task for South Phyongan Province.

Tens of young people in various areas including Sunchon City volunteered to work at the livestock farming base in Sepho area with the single mind to remain faithful to the noble intention of the Party Central Committee to provide children with more delicious and nutritious dairy products.
