Present at the wreath-laying ceremony were Jong Sang Hak, Thae Hyong Chol, Kim Yong Hwan, Kim Jong Ho and other Party and government cadres, officials of the WPK Central Committee, the Standing Committee of the Supreme People's Assembly and the Cabinet and officials of the Party and power organs in Pyongyang.

Also present there were members of the armed forces organs including Kwon Yong Jin.

Wreaths in the names of the WPK Central Committee, the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK, the Standing Committee of the SPA of the DPRK and the Cabinet of the DPRK were laid at the wreath-laying stand.

The participants offered silent tribute to the revolutionary martyrs.
