The message expressed invariable support to and solidarity with the Syrian government and people in their efforts to achieve durable peace and stability of the country and successfully speed up its reconstruction, wishing the prime minister bigger success in his work.

On the same day, DPRK FM Ri Son Gwon sent a similar message to Fayssal Mekdad on his re-appointment as minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of Syria.
