They prepared a large amount of food and fund necessary for stabilizing the life of the flood-victims at an early date, true to the noble intention of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un to pay primary attention to the life of the flood-victims and give strong financial and material support to the recovery from flood damage in the present difficult period.

The food and fund were conveyed to the inhabitants in flood-afflicted Sinhung County on Aug. 15.

Telling about the fact that the respected General Secretary spends restless night, worrying over the life of the flood-victims, and works heart and soul, the officials of the Party Central Committee called on the officials in the flood-stricken areas to share bitters and sweets with flood-victims and timely solve problems arising in their living.
