The editorial says that genuine loyalists and patriots are those who strive to lighten the burden of the Party and the state and attain actual results in carrying out their tasks while putting the country above all when it faces difficult situation.

It goes on:

We should become men of conscience and obligation who live up to the great favors bestowed by the respected General Secretary, not just raising cheers and shedding tears over them.

Only those who share the troubles of the Party and the state and devote themselves in the self-sacrificing spirit can enjoy a proud life, respected and loved by the people.

One should not look for good luck under difficult conditions but should find a way out and keep moving forward through dynamic mass technological innovation movement, relying on the might of science and technology.

Our socialist state has courageously won victory after victory, overcoming harsh trials, with the unity of all the people helping and leading one another forward as a thrust. Herein lies the invincible might of our state beyond reach by capitalism.

All the people should weather the present difficulties in unity by giving a rebirth to the good fighting spirit displayed in the Chollima age when all the people advanced together under the uplifted slogan of "One for all and all for one!"

The country will be prosperous when there are lots of patriots and groups who worry about the country as over their own household affairs, do good deeds for the country and devote themselves to the arduous research for local production of raw and other materials and recycling.
