Present there were students of Hiroshima Korean Primary Senior High School, those concerned with the Korean schools, Koreans in Japan and Japanese citizens.

At the rally, speakers blasted the supreme court of Japan for dismissing the lawsuit the graduates of Hiroshima Korean School and Hiroshima Korean Primary Senior High School filed against Japan on July 27 for excluding Korean high schools from the tuition-free program for senior high schools.

They said that the Japanese regime's discrimination against Korean schools is utterly intolerable?as it is a manifestation of Japan's colonialism.

The rights to learn of students of Korean schools are infringed upon due to the Japanese government and judicial authorities, they noted.

They stressed they would struggle for the right to national education against the unjust action of the Japanese government, saying that the litigation struggle helped them feel great pride of being Koreans.
