The Chairman of the Rostov Association for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism of Russia said that August 15 is a significant day when the Korean people defeated the Japanese imperialists and achieved the national liberation.

He said that the savior of the Korean people from the oppression of the Japanese imperialists was President Kim Il Sung.

He founded the revolutionary armed forces and united all the people under the banner of anti-Japanese struggle for an all-people resistance against the Japanese imperialists' colonial rule, he stressed.

He said that thanks to the President's leadership, the Korean people were able to bring the anti-Japanese armed struggle to victory, achieve the historic cause of national liberation and become the genuine masters of the country to build a new country, adding that the anti-Japanese revolutionary war waged by the Korean people is brilliantly recorded in the world history of wars.

The chairman of the British Association for the Study of Songun Policy said that Kim Il Sung defeated the Japanese imperialist gangsters to liberate the country and built a socialist country independent in politics, self-supporting in economy and self-reliant in defence, thus laying an eternal foundation for building a powerful country. He stressed that no formidable enemy can stop the dynamic advance of the Korean people armed with the revolutionary spirit of Paektu.

Personages of political parties and organizations in Nepal praised Kim Il Sung as a prominent leader of the anti-imperialist struggle for national liberation who achieved the national cause of liberating Korea from the Japanese imperialists' military occupation, noting that his revolutionary feats will remain long with the century.

A congratulatory message to the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un was adopted at an event held in Nepal.
