On the occasion of the Youth Day, youths across the country are making successes through dynamic drive for increased production, displaying the stamina of the socialist patriotic youths.

According to an official of the Central Committee of the Socialist Patriotic Youth League, many youths of industrial establishments carried out their two-years' or yearly national economic plans ahead of schedule.

They contributed to putting the production on a normal basis and speeding up the projects for expanding the capacity by introducing many valuable technical innovations and inventions, and restored the efficiency of equipment to the normal state.

Youth shock brigade members of the Hwanghae Iron and Steel Complex contributed to the project for expanding the capacity of producing Juche iron, and youths of the Chollima Steel Complex to propel the construction of a gas producer at the 6,000-ton press shop.

Members of the High-Speed Youth Shock Brigade who take part in the construction of 10,000 flats in Pyongyang City completed the outdoor plastering of dwelling houses ahead of schedule by introducing rational building methods with the same fighting spirit and traits as displayed by young builders who created the Pyongyang speed in the 1950s.

Many young people in the field of railway transport over-fulfilled this year's plan through an increased transport drive.
