The noble spiritual world of the volunteers is giving deep impression to many people.

Among them is Pak Un Gyong who volunteered to work at the livestock farming base in the Sepho area in hearty response to the childcare policy of the Workers' Party of Korea. Prior to volunteering, she was working at the Kwangbok Area Supermarket in Mangyongdae District, Pyongyang.

In this regard, a senior official of the supermarket told KCNA:

Before working at the supermarket, she dedicated her youth to building a monumental edifice at the Youth Shock Brigade for the Construction of the Capital City for a long time.

One day, she presented her opinion of working at the livestock farming base. I asked her whether she got her parents' consent. Then, she said as follows:

When I said to leave the home again after one year since I was discharged from the youth shock brigade, my parents were not ready to comply with my determination.

When my parents asked me whether I would leave the capital city, I hesitated slightly before answering the question. But I thought that to spend my youthful days in realizing the long-cherished desire of our Party is the way to get nearer to the courtyard of the Party Central Committee. So, I replied that I would choose this way.

Some days ago, she left for Sepho amid the warm congratulations and encouragement of comrades, keeping in mind the parents' request that one with a high aim should go forward without looking back.

According to data available, more than 10,000 youths across the country volunteered to work in major sectors of socialist construction this year.
