Successes Achieved in Tractor Accessory Parts Production

Pyongyang, September 4 (KCNA) -- The working people of the Sariwon Tractor Accessory Parts Factory all out in implementing the tasks set forth at the 8th Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea and the plenary meetings of the Party Central Committee, achieved successes by increasing the production of the tractor accessory parts on all items 1.2 times more than last year.

The casting workshop actively introduced the innovation schemes to reduce the melting time while using less electricity and ensured the supply of casting materials essential to the production of the accessory parts.

As the production of materials is prioritized, the workers of the processing workshop fulfilled the daily production plans of different types of gears, main bodies of engine and cylinder head by over 110 percent.

Members of the April 15 Technical Innovation Shock Brigade increased the speed of processing piston by 2.5 times more than before.

The working people of the factory are making uninterrupted innovations and progress for achieving practical changes and substantial progress in the first year for implementing the 5-year plan.
