When all the officials improve themselves politically and ideologically by emulating the noble spirit of the revolutionary forerunners, they would become true loyalists who invariably and vigorously take the path of the Juche revolution under the leadership of the respected General Secretary.

For officials to steadily make higher demands on themselves is a prerequisite for becoming the standard-bearers and vanguard fighters leading their units by dint of their abilities.

The issue of possessing revolutionary and popular style of work and noble moral traits can be resolved when officials make intentional and constant efforts to improve themselves.

All officials should fulfill their revolutionary duty in the on-going all-people general advance by steadily improving themselves, always awakening themselves to the sense of the responsibility they have assumed for the Party and the revolution, the country and the people.
