It is the revolutionary traditions of our Party which serve as a textbook of helping the rising generations grasp the indomitable attack spirit and the fighting traits of self-reliance which were possessed by the anti-Japanese revolutionary forerunners.

Now is a high time that the rising generations fully displayed the noble spirit, high revolutionary spirit, the sense of organization, and unity and cohesion.

When our youth display strong attack temperament and practical ability of flattening mountains and emptying the sea in implementing the Party's plan and intention by learning from the noble spirit and traits of the anti-Japanese fighters, will all difficulties turn into a springboard for making advance and will tasks come to rich fruition.

Firm is the will of our Party to bring up all the rising generations to be dependable successors to the revolutionary cause of Juche with as high ideological and mental traits and fighting traits as what were possessed by the anti-Japanese fighters, not to be just those grown up under indulgent care.
