The congratulatory message paid the highest tribute to Generalissimos Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il and extended the greatest glory and the warmest congratulations to the respected Marshal Kim Jong Un on the occasion of the 73rd founding anniversary of the DPRK.

The course of victories covered by the DPRK is a glorious history in which President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il ushered in a prosperous era unprecedented in the national history and it represents an undying heroic epic telling the truth that Kim Jong Un put the dignity and power of the country on the highest level, the message pointed out.

Thanks to the socialist motherland, to the building of which the peerlessly great men of Mt Paektu devoted their whole lives, and which they developed into an invincible powerful country, Chongryon and Koreans in Japan were able to defend the dignity of the nation and demonstrate the honor of being an example in the movement of overseas compatriots in the world, following the road of patriotism only, though they are living in the alien land, the message said.

The Central Standing Committee of Chongryon in the message expressed its determination to hasten a fresh heyday of the movement of Koreans in Japan, bearing in mind the immutable truth that the leadership of Kim Jong Un defends the powerful country, the destiny of the people, the development of the patriotic cause of Chongryon and the happiness of Koreans in Japan and keeping pace with the general onward march of the people in the homeland to implement the decisions made at the 8th Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea.
