The Azerbaijani president in the message extended sincere congratulations to the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un and all the Korean people on his own behalf and on behalf of the people of Azerbaijan on the occasion of the founding anniversary of the DPRK.

The message expressed conviction that the relations between the two countries would further develop in the interests of the peoples of the two countries on the basis of friendship and cooperation.
