The king in the message extended warm congratulations, on behalf of the people of the Kingdom of Cambodia and on his own behalf, to the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un and the Korean people on the occasion of September 9, 2021, the 73rd founding anniversary of the DPRK.

The message highly appreciated the wise leadership of Kim Jong Un for the development of the DPRK and good health of all the Korean people.

It expressed firm conviction that the bonds of friendship and cooperation between the Kingdom of Cambodia and the DPRK would continue to develop on good terms for the interests of the two countries and their peoples.

It wished Kim Jong Un good health and bigger success in his noble work.
