The pavilion has been called Mangmi Pavilion as visitors can feast their eyes on the beautiful scenery of the Kanggye area there. Balconies and a pleasure park were built there so that working people, youth and schoolchildren can have a bird's-eye view of Kanggye City during their rest time.

Visitors can see new diverse sculptures, decorations in relief and flowerpot stands there.

Lots of trees were planted along the route decorated by colorful electric lights.
