DPRK Government's Idea of Attaching Importance to Talents
Pyongyang, September 30 (KCNA) -- In Ryomyong Street of Pyongyang, the capital city of the DPRK, there is Kim Il Sung University, a centre for training native cadres and the highest seat of the Juche-oriented science education.

Most of its teachers and researchers now live at the new wonderful houses in the vicinity of the university. The government attaching importance to the talents provided those houses free of charge in 2013 and 2017.

The apartment houses for educators of Kim Il Sung University, completed in Juche 102 (2013), were built on the initiative of the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un and under his detailed guidance. Those 44-storied and 36-storied apartment houses are furnished with necessary public service facilities and indoor rest places.

In September 2013, the General Secretary visited the apartment houses under construction to give teachings related to the issues arising in completing the construction. He worked heart and soul to provide educators of the university with good living conditions and even went up on foot to the 17th floor to look round the indoor rest place.

In October that year, he personally attended a ceremony for inaugurating the apartment houses and congratulated the university's teachers and researchers on moving into to the new houses, having a photo session with them.

In 2017, many of the houses in newly-built Ryomyong Street were allotted to teachers and researchers of the university.

Educators of Kim Il Sung University are now striving to contribute to the prosperity of the country with scientific education achievements.
