He received floral baskets from heads of state of Laos and Palestine and the national chairman of the People's Progressive Party of Nigeria and members of the Board of Directors of the Kim Il Sung-Kim Jong Il Foundation.

Floral baskets were sent to the statues of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il on Mansu Hill by the families of overseas persons related to the revolutionary activities of the President, foreign organizations and personages.

Representing boundless reverence for the peerlessly great men who demonstrated the powerful might of Juche Korea to the world, an Indonesian organization issued a statement, the chairman of the Supreme Council of the National Socialist Party (Romania), the chairman of the Sweden-Korea Friendship Association and the secretary general of the Korean Friendship Association UK dedicated articles, and the first secretary of the Sakhalin Regional Branch Committee of the Lenin Young Communist League of the Russian Federation, the chairman of the Arab Committee for Solidarity with Korean People and Supporting the Reunification of Korea and the chairman of the Kuwait-DPRK Friendship Association issued press statements.

Meanwhile, colorful political and cultural events took place all over the world including a national seminar, a joint online seminar, a joint celebration meeting in DR Congo, Brazil and Bangladesh.
