Those in Singye County properly allocated manpower and farm machines to fulfill the planting plans every day though cultivation area has been expanded by hundreds of hectares compared to last year.

Well aware of the importance of double-cropping, those in Sariwon City, Hwangju and Sohung counties and other cities and counties of the province concluded autumn wheat and barley planting on time by pushing ahead with soil-surveying, ploughing and manuring right after maize-harvesting.
