The presentation was aimed at widely sharing and generalizing the sci-tech successes and experience gained in the efforts for implementing the Party's policy on realizing domestic production of raw and other materials and promoting recycling.

It was attended by officials, scientists, technicians, teachers, three-revolution team members and others from over 70 units including the State Academy of Sciences, Kanggye University of Agriculture and Forestry, Pyongyang Kim Jong Suk Silk Mill and the Unryul Mine.

More than 150 proposals were submitted to the presentation which was held divided into the panels of light industry, agriculture, chemical industry, building materials industry, food and consumer goods industry.

During the presentation, the participants watched a video titled "Economical Recycling.
