Looking round the power station under construction, cement factory and foodstuff factory in the county seething with the efforts to carry out the administrative policy of the DPRK government, he took measures for the issues arising in developing the local economy and improving the people's living standard, true to the Party's idea of attaching importance to cities and counties and the Party's line of strengthening cities and counties.

He stressed the importance of solving electric power to suit the regional characteristics. He also called for putting efforts on thoroughly ensuring the quality in the construction of the power station and meticulously conducting operation and command to hasten its completion.

He underlined the need to positively promote technical remodeling at local industrial factories and, in particular, push ahead with the modernization of cement factory in order to increase production at an early date. Therefore, a material foundation for strengthening the county including the rural construction should be cemented, he noted.

He stressed the need for officials to fulfill their responsibility and duty in decisively increasing consumer goods production for improving the people's living standard and to display the spirit of unconditionally serving the people.

The field consultative meetings discussed the issue for the organs at all levels including power organs to set clear goals and carry on the struggle to attain them, true to the plan of the Party Central Committee to achieve the balanced and comprehensive development of local areas, and the issue of conducting education in law observance and morality in various forms and by various methods in order to make sure the dignity and personality befitting the people of a powerful country are fully displayed.
