Officials of the Ministry of Light Industry went to a co-op farm, where they learned in detail about the problems the farm faces in stepping up the harvesting and threshing. And they scrupulously organized the work to resolve the problems.

The officials ensured that vehicles were used for the harvesting and gave the farm lots of materials needed for the operation of farm machines such as tractors.

The Ministry of Coal Industry, the Maritime Administration of the DPRK, the Capital City Construction Commission, the Foreign Trade Bank and the Ministry of Land and Maritime Transport also acquainted themselves with what the farms badly need and assisted them with all sincerity. And they are making positive efforts to supply farming materials to them.

The Ministry of Railways, the Central Committee of the General Federation of Trade Unions of Korea, etc. sent small farm implements and other farming materials to the farms from the viewpoint that helping the agricultural workers precisely means the work for themselves.

Officials of other ministries and national institutions and public officials are also doing their best to help the farms with the zeal to devote their all to successfully finishing this year's farming.
