Official commendations are to be given to the counties (cities and districts) which contribute to thoroughly creating the revolutionary law-observance atmosphere and further consolidating our state social system by turning the observance of socialist law into the work of the masses themselves as required by the great era of Kim Jong Un.

The relevant decree of the Standing Committee of the Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK was made public on Oct. 18.
