Standings were set by marks judging the acquisition of knowledge in the field of specialization and the preparation of tools and also assessing the quality and speed of painting, the use of materials and the harmony of color.

The standings were made public on Monday.

The trophy cup went to winner Pak Song Chol, who is a worker of the South Hwanghae provincial urban construction brigade, and prizes to other excellent skilled workers.
