National Presentation of Mushroom-growing Techniques and Experience and Technical Course Held

Pyongyang, October 29 (KCNA) -- A national presentation of mushroom-growing techniques and experience and technical course was held through video conferencing from Oct. 26 to 28 under the sponsorship of the Central Committee of the General Federation of Science and Technology of Korea.

The aim of the events was to share, popularize, and positively apply the advanced scientific and technical successes and the mushroom-growing experience.

Over 40 valuable papers were submitted to the presentation, at which scientists, technicians, teachers, researchers and graduate students from more than 30 units, including Kim Il Sung University and the Central Mushroom Institute of the Ministry of Agriculture were present.

The technical course dealt with the scientific and technical issues arising in growing larger quantities of tasty and highly nutritious mushrooms.
