More Youths Volunteer to Work in Difficult Sectors
Pyongyang, October 29 (KCNA) -- The number of youths volunteering to work in major economic sectors is on the steady increase in the DPRK.

Up to now, more than 10,000 young people have volunteered to work in difficult and labor-consuming fields of the national economy after the 8th Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK).

The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un put them forward as youth patriots, highly appreciating that their deeds are like a heroic action displayed in wartime to blow up the enemy pillbox.

In August last, he called all the young volunteers to the Youth Day celebrations and sent a congratulatory message to them before having a photo session with them. His warm love touched the hearts of all the youths across the country.

Kim Hye Gyong, who volunteered to work at the Sepho area large-scale livestock farming base after serving at the Korea Minye Corporation in Pyongyang, told KCNA that it is due obligation and duty of the young people to glorify their youth at important posts and frontline bases for realizing the far-reaching plan of the WPK.

It is a tradition of the DPRK youths to advance into the difficult and challenging sectors of economic construction and perform feats there.
